A beautiful motel located just up the street from a famous sand beach at Providence Bay on Manitoulin Island, the largest freshwater island in the world. Also our bay is famous for its sand beach as well as the rainbow trout that you can spot in the spring and the salmon - in the fall.
Overall it is a prominent tourist area with a lot of various activities for the whole family.

RESERVATIONS POLICIES

Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and check - out time is 11:00 am. Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm.

The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.

Rate is for up to 4 guests only and is subject to 13% HST. A $15 fee will be charged for each additional cot provided.

Maximum occupancy of the Standard Room is 6 persons.

Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.

A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12:00 am to 4:00 pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 4:00 pm.

Please check with the reception desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Upon arrival, credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made up to 24 hours (i.e., by 4:00 pm EST time) prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation made within less than 24 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of HST)

In the event of no-show, a fee of one night's room charge (inclusive of HST) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
ROOMS AND AMENITIES

All our rooms are reserved for our NON SMOKING guests. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Your credit card will be charged for up to $250.00 if the room requires additional cleaning services to eliminate smoke related odours or damages.

We regret to inform you that our rooms are not equipped with ventilation, fire suppression or any proper cooking equipment therefore, cooking in rooms is hazardous and not allowed. Your credit card account will be charged for up to $250.00 if additional cleaning or restoration services are required to eliminate odours or damages due to cooking.

To ensure that your stay is safe and pleasurable we inspect our premises daily before and after Guests’ arrival. Any damages to rooms, furniture, bedding and/or towels, bathroom fixtures and other equipment caused by our Guests will be charged to the credit card on file.
